Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return your scooter, please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The scooter must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or special-order scooters

  • Scooters that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Final sale or clearance items

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
