Eligibility for Returns:
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return your scooter, please note:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The scooter must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or special-order scooters

Scooters that have been used or show signs of wear

Final sale or clearance items
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
